PLANNING PROZESS
1. BEDARFSANALYSE NEEDS ANALYSIS
In einem ersten gemeinsamen Gespräch werden Wünsche und Vorstellungen festgehalten und Ihre Bedürfnisse analysiert. Je mehr Informationen wir beim ersten Termin erhalten, je gezielter kann unsere Erstplanung erfolgen.
In a first joint conversation wishes and ideas are noted and your needs analyzed. The more information we receive at the first meeting, the more appropriate our first planning can be.
2. AUFMAß MEASUREMENT
Baupläne und Grundrisse Ihres Bestands- oder Neubaus sind unsere Grundlage für die Küchenplanung und sollten beim Erstgespräch nicht fehlen. Dennoch ist das Aufmaß bei Ihnen vor Ort unerlässlich. Nur so können wir jedes Detail planen und das beste Ergebnis für Ihren SKYWALK garantieren.
Construction plans and floor plans of your existing or new building are our basis for kitchen planning and should not be missing at the first meeting. Nevertheless, the on-site measurement is essential. Only then can we plan every detail and guarantee the best result for your SKYWALK.
3. PLANUNG PLANNING
Mit dem Ziel Ihre Wünsche, Vorstellungen und Bedürfnisse mit unseren Erfahrungen in Funktion und Design bestmöglich zu vereinen, erstellen wir Ihnen eine individuelle SKYWALK-Planung. Unterstützt durch fotorealistische Darstellungen und der 3D-Raumplanung werden wir schon vor Fertigstellung gemeinsam durch Ihren neuen Küchenbereich gehen und jedes Detail besprechen.
With the aim to unite your desires, ideas and needs with our experience in function and design in the best possible way, we create an individual SKYWALK planning. Supported by photorealistic perspectives and 3D room-planning, we will walk through your new kitchen area and discuss every detail before completion.
4. BESTELLUNG KITCHEN ORDER
Zwischen Bestellung und Montage Ihres SKYWALKs sind zwischen 6-8 Wochen Lieferzeit einzuplanen. Sind neue oder ergänzende Installationen im Bereich Elektrik und Sanitär geplant, erhalten Sie von uns frühzeitig vor Küchenmontage die detaillierten Installationspläne für Ihren Handwerker, damit alle Vorarbeiten zum Montagetermin erledigt werden können.
Between order and installation of your SKYWALK, you have to plan 6-8 weeks delivery time. If new or additional installations in the field of electrical and sanitary are planned, you will receive the detailed installation plans for your craftsman before kitchen assembly so that all work can be completed on the assembly date.
5. MONTAGE ASSEMBLY
Spätestens mit der Bestellung des SKYWALKS wird ein Montagetermin festgelegt. Für die Montage sind je nach Komplexität der Planung 3-5 Tage einzuplanen. Da wir befugt sind E-Geräte und Sanitärinstallationen auszuführen, können Sie Ihre Küche direkt nach Fertigstellung in Betrieb nehmen.
At the latest with the order of the SKYWALKS a mounting date is determined. Depending on the complexity of the planning, 3-5 days must be planned for the installation. Since we are authorized to carry out electrical appliances and sanitary installations, you can use your kitchen immediately after our assembly.
6. SERVICE SERVICE
Die Lebensdauer ihrer Küche bestimmt sowohl die Möbel- und Montagequalität als auch die Pflege. Sie erhalten von uns eine detaillierte Einweisung in Ihre Küche, sowie Ihren persönlichen Serviceordner mit allen Unterlagen und Adressen.
The lifespan of your kitchen depends on the furniture and assembly quality but also on your care. You will receive from us a detailed instruction in your kitchen, as well as your personal service folder with all documents and addresses.
